About Us

Icon Valuation Group is a premier full service real estate valuation firm, based in Lafayette,
Louisiana. Principal members are Jules “Jake” LaCour II , and Nickey Duhon.

The firm is comprised of a “Commercial Group” and a “Residential Group”. The “Commercial
Group” has significant experience in dealing with office, retail, industrial, multi-family, hotel/.
motel., eminent domain and litigation support. Additional services provided include Chattel
Valuation and Business Valuation.

The “Residential Group” has significant experience in eminent domain, FHA, Fannie Mae, and Freddie
Mac Compliance Reports.

The staff of Icon Valuation Group has extensive education in the valuation of all types of real
estate. Each appraiser has achieved credible competence in his or her specialty designation or certification. Each
member of the group is certified through the State of Louisiana and is current
on all required continuing education.

Icon Valuation Group is well known for its responsiveness and client service. The firm prides itself
on delivering not only its reports, but all deliverables, on time. Our client service and responsiveness starts with a rapid response to requests for proposals and continues through answering any questions after the clients have received the reports. The company's focus is to help solve its
