Qualifications of Principal Members

Jules “Jake” LaCour II MAI

Mr. LaCour has 17 years of commercial appraisal experience.  He is currently a certified general real estate appraiser,
with the State of Louisiana.   He has completed over 1,000 commercial appraisals over the  years, and is experienced
in the valuation of large multi-million dollar properties and projects.  He also has a special background in Litigation
Support dealing with eminent domain, and has been qualified as an expert witness in multiple parishes.    His education background has been through the Appraisal Institute and is classified as an advanced candidate for the MAI (Member of
the Appraisal Institute)  designation.  He has met all the education requirements,  passed the comprehensive exam, and
has been awarded 3,000 hours of appraisal experience.   Mr. Lacour expects t receive his MAI designation in late 2007.  The MAI designation is granted by the Appraisal Institute and requires an extensive and exhaustive program of
experience, examinations, course work and practical application .   He is currently on the FHA approved list and also
is n the approved appraiser’s list for the Department of Transportation and Development.
